Week One - Finished!

We have enjoyed our first week back at school. The week has been busy with us setting up our different rotations for writing, reading and maths. We had a very hot week. Thankfully we were able to have a fan cooling our classroom down!

We had our first "Parkland Scientists" rotation on Thursday. This is where we move around the Middle Team in our Houses (Brightwater, Limbrick, Snowdon, and Manson). Each teacher had a different science activity that we explored with the different Houses.

On Friday we had some buddy time with our Room Five buddies. We spent time together exploring different activities. There are some photos of our time together:

 

Today we were lucky enough to have Miles (the coach of the Jets Basketball team) come and teach us some basketball skills. He is coming in for the first five weeks of school to teach us. Room Four all participated and tried their best with the drills that we were given!
